Hon. Adesola Ayoola-Elegbeji is a distinguished lawmaker, accomplished professional, and passionate advocate for justice, equity, and community development. She currently serves as a Member of the House of Representatives, representing the good people of Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North Federal Constituency of Ogun State.
A visionary leader with a reputation for excellence, Hon. Ayoola-Elegbeji brings to public service a rare blend of compassion, competence, and courage. Her record of service reflects deep commitment to good governance, accountability, and the empowerment of her constituents.
Prior to her election to the National Assembly, she served meritoriously as a Lay Member of the Ogun State Judicial Service Commission, where she played a pivotal role in promoting transparency, fairness, and public representation within the state’s judicial system. Her tenure was marked by significant contributions to judicial reforms and institutional strengthening, ensuring that justice remained accessible and accountable to all.
Hon. Adesola Ayoola-Elegbeji holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational Behaviour (specialising in Business Change and Organisational Transformation) from the University of London, and another Master’s Degree in Intelligent Management Systems from South Bank University, London. She also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye.

With over 25 years of cross-sector experience, Hon. Ayoola-Elegbeji has built an impressive career spanning government administration, community advocacy, consulting, and non-profit leadership. A seasoned business transformation consultant, she has worked with leading organisations in the health, manufacturing, and oil & gas sectors—driving strategic change, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
A long-standing progressive, Hon. Adesola Ayoola-Elegbeji has been a member of Nigeria’s leading reformist political movements from the Alliance for Democracy (AD) to the Action Congress (AC), Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), and now the All Progressives Congress (APC).
